We recommend referring to our Size Guide located on each product page. Most of our styles follow standard US sizing, but if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the best fit.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn shoes in their original packaging. Simply visit our Returns Center to initiate a domestic return or exchange.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
How should I clean and maintain my Taos shoes?
For leather styles, use a damp cloth and a mild leather cleaner. For canvas or fabric styles, we recommend spot cleaning with cold water and air drying. Never machine wash your footwear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the near future.
