Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
